To Lake Chevrolet Management,
I am sending the E-Mail out in hopes that it falls into the correct hands. I want to thank a gentleman that helped me. That man is Tom K. I cannot believe the level of expertise this man has amassed. Equally important is his level of integrity and honesty.
Tom handled the situation with my Fiero entirely over the phone and internet. He gave me the proper level of priority that a customer in need should recieve. He also showed that he was going to attempt with all earnest to spare me as little time, money and stress as possible. He troubleshot the entire scenario with me.
We agreed upon the necessary stepts to correct the problem. Notice I used the word "we" as if I knew anything of any importance about my problem. This is the best part of the story.After working with Tom I actually did increase my awareness of how to troubleshoot my vehicle. This was entirely due to the manner in which he dealt with me.
